Maysa (Financieel Medewerker)
Maysa is an M.Sc. Finance and Management graduate. After obtaining a scholarship and her masters, she started a financial career in The Netherlands. Firstly, working as a Finance and Management Assistant that directly supports the finance department and director with their daily tasks. Her responsibilities included reviewing balance sheets, managing the directors' calendar and mail, supporting the supply chain for oriental/Arabic products and processing invoices. She continued her professional career as Account Receivable Clerk, being primarily responsible for the consolidation and monthly presentation of the accounts receivable. Recording, booking and summarizing financial data were included in the daily tasks. Additionally, Maysa managed communication with stakeholders and trained her colleagues by being a work buddy. She continuously improved the quality of work, enhancing the current documentation by applying her advanced knowledge of Excel and SAP. Maysa is currently looking for the next step as here previous experience wasn't challenging enough.
Motivating, caring and attentive are characteristics that are used by Maysa's friends when describing her personality. A team player that leaves no one behind and empowers colleagues to contribute to the team effort. Maysa is able to use her analytical and advanced Excel skills in a Assistant Controller or Finance Consultant role for instance. Maysa is immediately available for full-time employment on the base of 40 hours. Her salary indication is set at € 2.700 ,-.
- Reconciliation Accounts Receivable;
- Present a monthly reconciliation report;
- Record, book and summarize financial data of all online and offline transactions;
- Reconcile and report discrepancies in records;
- Communicate with stakeholders via phone (clients);
- Training colleagues by being a work buddy;
