Teamlead Assistent Warehouse
As the Teamlead Assistant Warehouse, you oversee both direct and indirect supervision of a team comprising 20 to 30 warehouse staff. You play a key role in fostering team motivation, carefully adhering to work procedures and guidelines, and stepping in actively when needed. You report directly to the supervisor. Fluency in Dutch is not strictly required!
The offer:
- A gross monthly salary ranging from € 2.600,- and € 3.200,- based on your experience in a full-time role;
- 25 vacation days and 3,5 extra days off annually;
- 8,33% holiday pay;
- Travel reimbursement of € 0,21 per kilometer;

Your tasks as a Teamlead Assistant Warehouse:
- Managing and inspiring a team of 20 to 30 warehouse staff;
- Maintaining adherence to protocols, guidelines and agreements;
- Ensuring tasks are completed according to instructions and supervising the workflow;
- Reporting to the supervisor and proactively suggesting improvements.
You have the following:
- Vocational education (MBO) level, preferably with a background in logistics;
- Ideally at least 2 years’ experience in a leadership role;
- An interest in working in a warehouse and experience with warehouse systems;
- Excellent communication skills in English, Dutch is not required per se;
- A strong character and the ability to stand your ground.
